Finnest, member of the Invesdor group, is a digital financing platform operating in the DACH region. Via invesdor.at companies reach out to mostly private investors to receive subordinated loans or participatory capital. In return investors receive fixed interest, sometimes in cash but sometimes also in kind, depending on the companies business. Via invesdor.com companies also issue securities (equity and bonds).

Criteria for financing

Companies shall be located in Germany or Austria and
Subordinated loans: are older than 10 years, have more than EUR 10 mln revenues, are EBITDA positive and have a sound equity base.
Participatory capital: offer sustainable future profits
Share Issues: have high growth potential with potential outlook to an IPO (whereby Invesdor offers to generate the required free float. 
Bonds: and provide long term debt servicing ability.

Financing volume

Up to EUR 5 mn (EUR 2 mn per year) without prospectus. With prospectus the amount may be higher.

Scope of services

Invesdor.at and Invesdor.com provide access to large investor communities in DACH and the Nordic region, a digital platform to connect them, standardized finance documentation, automated payment process etc. It provides subordinated loans, participatory capital and securities, such as shares and bonds, to companies and alternative investment opportunities to private and professional investors.
