Criteria for financing
Companies must be based in Austria or Germany.
Startups must exhibit a minimum of EUR 50.000 sales in the core business and seek an issue volume of no less than EUR 150.000
For SME companies and real estate projects there is no provision with regard to revenue and issue volume. Individual evaluation is carried out upon request.
Volume of financing
Generally a minimum of EUR 150.000 to maximally EUR 10 million per issue.

ROCKETS is a “One-Stop-Shop” for capital issues of various forms of investment (bond issues, shares, subordinated loans, etc.)
- Concept for capital emissions including project management
- Reviewing economic and legal situation as well as consulting on ideal financing strategies
- Legal implementation with renowned partners (reorganisation, due diligence, value assessments, preparing information data sheets and capital market prospectuses, etc.)
- Acquisition of investors/shareholders (over 21.000 investors registered)
