PALLAS CAPITAL Advisory AG is an owner-managed financial institution based in Vienna. PALLAS CAPITAL was founded in 2007 and is managed by the board members Florian Koschat and Helmut Kogler. The business areas include the support of company sales as well as takeovers (M&A). In addition, the procurement of capital for companies and real estate projects can be structured. The focus of PALLAS CAPITAL's activities is Central Europe.

Scope of Services
We accompany company succession arrangements and the sale of medium-sized companies. We accompany and structure the complete sales process. In the case of company acquisitions, we take over the elaboration of an acquisition strategy and accompany it through to the submission of the purchase offer. Thanks to a very broad spectrum of capital partners, we can cover a large number of financing cases for both companies and project developers and handle these efficiently.
