Three quarters of all trades in Austrian shares are traded on the Vienna Stock Exchange at the best price and the highest liquidity.

As confirmed by data from the independent analysis company LiquidMetrix, three-quarters of all stock exchange turnover in Austrian company shares occurs on the Vienna Exchange. The highest liquidity derives from the quality criteria of the smallest spread (the lowest possible difference between buying and selling prices) and order book depth (the number of buying and selling transactions). The example of a stock exchange order of EUR 25,000 for an ATX company demonstrates that this can best be completed in Vienna.
